NORTHWOOD POLICE DISPATCH UPDATE

Northwood Dispatch Center will soon be absorbed into Wood County Sheriff's Dispatch Center.

We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to everyone who supported our five full time and one part time dispatcher and our department during this difficult decision. Your support, advocacy, and dedication have meant so much.

At this time, there is no set timeline for the transition to the new dispatching system. However, we are committed to working closely with all involved to ensure a smooth and effective transition when the time comes.

We have always appreciated and will continue to appreciate our dispatchers - Kristen, Dawn, Terry, Chris, April, and Rose, for their professionalism, dedication, and the vital role they play in keeping our community safe. THANK YOU!
